supposing 2000 a mere dollars would get you anything of importance, im pretty sure you dont know how to fly a helicopter.. and if you do know how to fly a helo, then im pretty sure nobody really cares about good ole teddy there.. ;P this looks like the work of a deranged mental patient who got his hands on a ski mask and a digital camera :-P
